How Knockri Helps with Bias


We all have negative biases, despite our best intentions! Interviewers can be influenced by their own social effectiveness, training, experience, self-efficacy, and motivation. Interviewer rating accuracy can also be influenced by several applicant characteristics including age, gender, race, and attractiveness. Although training efforts such as rater-error training, frame-of-reference training, and behavioral observation training can help mitigate biases and improve rating accuracy, they do not completely eliminate these issues from the hiring process. Knockri avoids these biases by fully automating scoring with its AI for good. Hiring managers have an interview slate of the best and most diverse talent every time

Behavioral assessment

Well-designed cognitive ability assessments are considered to be one of the best predictors of job performance however, they also tend to result in lower scores for members of racial and ethnic minority groups. Knockri’s structured behavioral interviews are advantageous when compared to other traditional assessments. Structured behavioral interviews predict performance equal to, or better than cognitive assessments, but do not typically result in substantial subgroup differences

Easy to integrate


Our existing universal API connector can be easily integrated with the GreenHouse ATS system. Integration can be completed seamlessly, the process usually takes 7-10 days. Knockri is able to stand up without an ATS integration and seamlessly allow assessment invitations to be sent to candidates by uploading a CSV file to the dashboard.
